Tuggo is one of our new favorite dog toys and we think you will agree. It is virtually indestructible and even has been tested on lions and tigers (no bears yet).

Exercise is essential to keep your dog happy and healthy. Both the sloshing sound and weight resistance of Tuggo holds a dog’s attention way longer than conventional toys. Tuggo is basically a plastic ball with a cotton rope running through it which can be pulled from either end. There is also a leak-proof, recessed screw cap for filling.

Tuggo can be used one of three ways:

1) With Water - Just fill your dog's Tuggo with water to increase the weight resistance and watch the tugging begin! Even when your dog plays alone, the water weight provides a sensation very similar to playing tug-of-war with another dog or person.

2) With Sand/Gravel -Instead of water, fill Tuggo with sand or pea gravel to increase the weight resistance and to make a different sound to engage your dog

3) Unfilled - When Tuggo is left unfilled, it becomes a great floating fetch toy in the pool or at the lake.

Additionally, tying the rope in different lengths allows Tuggo to be dragged, pulled or carried. You can also change to a different style of rope to suit your dog’s needs.

  • Teeny (4" ball) recommended for dogs under 20lbs. This ball can be filled with up to 1.5lbs. of water or gravel.

  • Mini (7" ball) recommended for dogs 20-40lbs. This ball can be filled with up to 6lbs. of water or gravel.

  • Regular (10" ball) recommended for any dog over 40lbs. or small dogs who like big toys. This ball can be filled with up to 18lbs. of water or gravel.

• The Tuggo rope is a twisted red and white 100% cotton rope that is soft and easy on teeth yet durable. It comes in three sizes to match the sizes of the Tuggo ball.
